two (2) basement levels and associated landscaping
and site works
Notes The application is classified as Integrated Development
in accordance with Section 4.46 of the Environmental
Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and requires an
approval from Department of Primary Industries Water
under Water Management Act 2000
