Office Administration / Bookkeeper

This is a job share part time position working 3 days one week and 2 days the other week, with the ability to fill in when sick leave or annual leave it taken by your co-worker.

Duties:

  • Bookkeeping to BAS stage including wages using MYOB, Accountright 2018 - Minimum 1 year current experience
  • Payroll including payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG to payment summary stage
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Process creditor and debtor invoices
  • Phone bookings
  • Confident and clear customer phone liaison
  • Data entry
  • Basic Excel
  • Comfortable with Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Able to work on your own, as part of a team and be self-motivated

Hours are 9am - 4:45pm.

Full training on in-house programs provided.

Reporting to Managing Director and Accountant.

Located in modern air-conditioned office in Mount Kuring-Gai.

Wages are commensurate with experience and ability.
