PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE EXISTING MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION AT YAMBA Optus plans to upgrade an existing facility located at 1-3 Treelands Drive, YAMBA NSW 2464 (Lot 101 DP1188377) 1. The proposal involves external works such as the installation of a 5m extension on the existing 20m concrete pole, the installation of new antennas, radio dish and ancillary equipment associated with the operation and safety of the facility, including Remote Radio Units and cables, along with internal works within the existing equipment shelter. The upgrade will provide 4G services and improve the site’s performance. 2.
