Seeking an experienced management couple Full time position in a busy tourist park on the Sunshine Coast.
A three-bedroom residence attached to the office/reception will be provided. Family owned Holiday Park 70 plus sites and motel accommodation.
Duties to include, not limited to:
Reservations. Accounts Rec/Pay. Routine reports for submission to accountant and owners. Sale of miscellaneous stock, banking, rostering of staff and office reception/management. Stock ordering (Motel cleaning, stationary, shop stocks, and maintenance items.) Yard management and maintenance Provide a safe and healthy workplace Backing/guiding caravans/motorhomes
Couples both must have caravan/holiday park management experience Computer literate. Sound knowledge of MS Outlook, MS products and experience in Digital Res or RMS reservation systems. Current Drivers licences Police checks First Aid Certificate Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. ABN is an advantage
Remuneration: Two year contract (with a 3 month trial period), Approx. $124K per annum for the couple, depending on experience and other criteria. Bonuses and total package will be negotiated at time of final interview.
Start: On site in approx. 3 weeks for a 10 day training and handover.
