Accounts Payable

Full Time

Our Client has been in the Construction business for 30 years, they are based in the Hornsby area approx. 7 minute drive from Hornsby station. They are looking for an exceptional accounts payable person to join their experienced and dedicated team who deliver above and beyond clients expectations on each and every project.
You will be involved in supporting the Financial Controller with running the accounts payable functions.
The duties will include:

* Full-function accounts payable
* Processing, coding and matching of supplier invoices
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Dealing with enquiries from various sources
* Payment in accordance with standard procedures
* Monitor goods received not invoiced
* Manage the AP email inbox
* Liaison with creditors
* Filing and archiving as required
You will need:

* At least 3-4 years' experience in a full function accounts payable role
* Accounting software - construction experience preferred
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Strong attention to details and time management
* Exceptional written & verbal communications skills
* Be a strong team player
