Position Summary

The Business Manager will manage and ensure the receipt and compliance of funding agreements with all funding bodies. Oversee the implementation of key performance indicators as agreed within all the contracts and ensure use of funds fall in accordance with prescribed budgets and within budgetary constraints. This position provides general day to day management of the organisation, sits on the finance committee and supports the CEO and Board of Management with overall compliance and moving towards the organisation’s strategic direction. The Business Manager supports the Program Coordinators/Managers to ensure they are meeting their KPI targets and reporting requirements, whilst overseeing the management of their staff in order to provide a quality service to the clients resulting in improvement of their health and wellbeing.

Core duties briefly include:

Management, supervision and performance management of 3 management positons.

Manage and oversee the financial business of the organisation working closely with our accountants.

Apply for new and retain all funding agreements with private, state and federal funding bodies.

Implement and encourage continuous improvement systems for all areas/services of the organisation.

Assist and ensure compliance with all Accreditations, Funding agreements and legislation for all areas/services of the organisation.

Collate and maintain a reports based on the reporting requirements of all funding agreements

Estimated total package value of $127,167.0 - $133,518.00, Package includes:

Full time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm);


Annual Base Salary between $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 (Inclusive of Remote living Allowance);

 Provided fully furnished rent free accommodation with subsidised utilities fees;

 6 Weeks Annual Leave + Leave Loading;

 Cycle of 6 Weeks continuous service, 1 week paid leave (7 additional weeks paid leave per year);

 Personal Remote Area Travel allowance ($5000 per year);

 Relocating assistance;

 Superannuation (standard rate) + 1% if non-smoker (conditions apply);

 Salary sacrificing,

 Work vehicle provided with term of contract.
