Full time 2.30am – 10.10am
Tuesday – Saturday - Some overtime available
Above award wages.
Skills to learn
• Artisan bread production
• Mixing doughs using varied leaven processes
• Preparing fillings
• The use of fresh produce and their seasons
• Spices and their effects on flavour and outcomes
• Layering pastry
• Making all pastry from scratch
• Oven Skills
You will be of sober habits.
You should be keen to learn about pastry production using traditional methods, while incorporating exciting new ingredients
With a focus on producing the best possible products.
You will need to be able to take instruction, and be willing to learn.
You will be able to articulate any issues in understanding the instruction or methodology shown to you.
You will work well in a team environment.
