Ngunya Jarjum is a designated Aboriginal out-of-home-care (OOHC) service in Northern NSW. It is one of the largest Aboriginal OOHC services in NSW. Ngunya Jarjum is looking for Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander people who are skilled and committed to ensure Aboriginal children and young people remain connected to their families and communities, safe and to achieving meaningful results.
There are a number of full time temporary roles for up to 12 months (with possibility of permanency) available.
A satisfactory “Working with Children Check” must be provided and a National Police Check will be conducted.
Salary: As per Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. A generous remuneration package plus superannuation, leave loading and including a generous salary sacrificing arrangement will be negotiated.
