Applicants should be experienced in a range of different Indian cooking techniques,and use of ingredients .Good English required, ability to work well with others,prepare menu items,bulk and a la carte .
Formal commercial cookery qualification required ,together with work experience within an Indian kitchen environment essential, as the suitable applicant must understand Indian spices and flavours.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week
