Would you like to establish a regular sitting/meditation practice? Do you have friends or family wanting to try meditation, or understand a little more about Buddhism but they're not quite ready to come to a Buddhist centre?

If so then please join one of Chenrezig Institute's (a Tibetan Buddhist centre located at Eudlo) nuns for a Taste of Tibetan Buddhism class at the Maroochy Sailing Club on Chambers Island. The classes will be an introductory course in Buddhism and meditation aimed at beginners and will include practical meditation techniques, as well as information on general Buddhist topics.

Presented over five weeks, you can attend any or all sessions. Weekly from Thursday the 18th of February until Thursday March the 18th, 1pm.

Cost: by donation; wear comfortable clothing.
