We will meet near the coffee van, enter from The Esplanade, Bulcock Beach opposite Knox Street.
It is for people of all ages and levels of fitness who want to improve their fitness and meet others. The walk route is along the flat Coastal Pathway three mornings a week.
You will need to wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and a hat.
