This event is part of the Carnival of Flowers celebrations in Toowoomba. The Carnival of Flowers run from the 18th of September to the 27th of September.

The Grand Central Floral Parade starts at Herries Street and finishes at Queens Park on Hume Street.

The parade is an icon event being the only fresh floral street parade of its kind in Australia.

There will be floral floats, stilt walkers, local and visiting bands and so much more.
