MALCOLM Turnbull has survived an attempt by his critics to bring down his leadership, ending a potential challenge to his leadership from former Howard government minister Kevin Andrews.

Party spokesman Alex Somylay said the vote was 48-35. It was a secret ballot.

What have we got here! There is no opposition party as they are all sleeping in the same bed.

What we need is a reliable 3rd party who drives a different train down a different track instead of a 2 party monopoly on politics which we have now. I don't think any of them can exist without imposing another tax on the voters who mistakenly put them into Government.

I am sure we didn't vote these clowns in to tax us into oblivion over a hyperthetical notion that we in Australia can somehow control the climate by putting a tax on carbon. We actually breath it out with every breath, so maybe we should put a tax on those windbag politicians instead.
