Andrew Fraser.
NSW Nationals MP Andrew Fraser has resigned from the opposition frontbench after he shoved a female colleague in a late night sitting of parliament.
Mr Fraser was escorted from the lower house by party colleagues late on Tuesday after verbally abusing Labor MP John Aquilina.
He then reportedly turned to National MP Katrina Hodgkinson and shoved her.
Opposition Leader Barry O'Farrell said Mr Fraser had on Wednesday offered his resignation and it had been accepted.
Mr Fraser was suspended from parliament in 2005 after he attacked Labor minister Joe Tripodi.

I arrived in this great town 8 years ago and in that time our representation, both Federal & State has been woefull.
