THE darkness of Queens Park at night has been replaced with thousands of twinkling Christmas lights.

Crowds are flocking to the park each evening for the Christmas Wonderland of Lights.

Tomorrow night children will have the chance to meet one of Australia’s favourite characters, Humphrey B. Bear, from 8pm.

There will also be face painting, visits from Bertie the Clown and free ice-cream for the kids. The lights will run until December 24 from 7pm to 10pm each night.
