Severe weather gets second wind

A fallen tree across the house proves to be an early wake-up call for the Bown family at Lindendale, just outside Wollongbar in New South Wales.
One of our finda reporters experienced the destruction first-hand, and is feeling very lucky after a giant tree fell onto her parents' house - missing her father's car by inches, and only crushing the roof.
As they say - one picture tells a thousand words; so we'll let the images speak for themselves.
