Free Eye screening for Macular Degeneration
As part of a screening and awareness tour for Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), the Vision Van is offering free eye screening for AMD to Caloundra residents over the age of 50.
AMD is Australia's leading cause of blindness. With one in seven people aged 50 and over affected, AMD is a major health problem for our ageing population
Early detection of AMD is crucial.
A simple 15 minute test will be performed by a qualified optometrist in the Vision Van.
Bookings are essential.
