Free community-based walking groups led by local volunteers.
This walking group is held every Wednesday morning and we start the walk at 7am. Please note all walks will leave at the designated times so it is a good idea to come to The Information Centre Car Park at least five minutes early. If you are interested in becoming a heart foundation volunteer walk organiser we are constantly recruiting and training so please give us a call.
