Brothers Leagues Club in Ipswich hosts the National Finals Rodeo.
The National Finals Rodeo (NFR) is the
National Rodeo Association's (NRA) championship event and is considered one of Australia's premier rodeos.
Round 1 of the NFR, held in November at Brothers Leagues Club in Ipswich, is part of the NRA's richest and most prestigious rodeo series.
At the conclusion of the last round of the NFR, the sports champions are determined, based on season points in addition to
points from the NFR.
The NFR showcases the NRA's best cowboys
and livestock. Each November, the top 12 contestants in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding qualify to
compete at the NFR.
Qualification is based on
season points from the NRA Standings for that year. For more information please phone 0428 280 097, email nra@caboolture.hotkey.net.au or visit our website www.nationalrodeoassociation.com.au.
To avoid disappointment please contact the event organiser to ensure that dates, times or details of this event have not changed.
